Counts towards the 2-booking minimum. Two cross-sales alone earn ₹30,000.

Seller, Team Leader, Sales Head, VP. Where a Team Leader sells with no executives: 50 / — / 26.5 / 23.5.

A cancellation drops the level
To the units that remain; the excess is recovered.

Routing a booking to another person nullifies the incentive of both
With action up to termination. Same for fake or self-funded bookings, hidden discounts and backdating.
Genuine handovers need prior written approval.

The MD may amend this at any time
It supersedes all previous incentive structures.
