Read the structureBefore you start
- 1Minimum 2 bookings in the month. A single booking earns nothing and does not carry to next month.
- 2The rate applies to all your units — per sq.ft for flats, per lakh for villas.
- 3Paid as each Agreement is signed, recalculated on the total less what you already received.
- 4Shared 50 / 23 / 15 / 12 — Seller, Team Leader, Sales Head, VP. The sheets show the full amount before this split.
- 5Cross-selling earns a flat ₹15,000 per booking and counts towards your 2-booking minimum.
- 61 booking per 10 site visits. Below this ratio the incentive is reduced to 75%.
